My usual hair stylist wasn't available so I was paired with Olena. She was fantastic. I had an idea for my hair (faux hawk) and wanted her guidance. She listened intently and brought my idea to reality. I am always a bit nervous about someone new cutting my hair, but she was a delight. Her expertise and attention to detail is comforting.
I had a haircut today at Salon Italia, and Olina did a wonderful job! I’m extremely happy with both my haircut and beard trim. She was very professional, attentive to detail, and made sure everything was done perfectly. Highly recommend Olina if you’re looking for a clean, sharp look. I’ll definitely be coming back!. And she might remember as I complimented her., “you got the magical hands for sure” 🙌
Booked an appointment & waited an hour. I'm guessing they forgot to book my appt & just totally forgot about me. This used to be my usual place to go to do my eyebrows but not anymore. Thanks for nothing.
DO NOT get a haircut or color from anyone in training at Salon Italia in Thompson. The young lady couldn't get the foils, took over 10 minutes for first foil and I asked her to remove it because she's going to burn my hair by the time she's done. She washes my hair, starts cutting and wouldn't cut my hair the way I wanted. I told her to listen to the customer.
