I have never experienced such a wonderful place to have complete comfort, fun, relaxation and therapy all neatly wrapped into one pkg. The owner, Michelle, goes out of her way to make you feel as though you are her only client for the day. She goes out of her way to accomodate last minute requests, is always in a cheerful mood and starts every conversation out with "what are your concerns/complaints from the last time you were here?". I was underwhelmed, I never felt like they cared about me, just selling me products whether I needed them or not. My stylist, would not listen, or do the completed oppisite of what I wanted in a style. Very over priced, with out real customer service. I will never go back.. The salon was clean, nicely decorated, but offered very limited services.
