UPDATE June 2025: I left my initial review of 5 stars in Jan 2025 after two experiences. In June of 2025 I have changed my rating. I brought two photos of myself with past hair cuts to get just a cut. In these photos I showed curtain bangs and a short angular bob. She snipped them super thin, short bangs, leaving them limp, and almost laughing at them. She added layers to the bob, without my consent, not asking if I wanted them.
