I am a licensed stylist, and I briefly rented a booth at Salon Image on Murfreesboro Pike. I made the decision to leave almost immediately due to serious sanitation concerns with the shampoo bowls and the surrounding area, and the owner did not want to replace them. The shampoo bowls had visible corrosion, heavy mineral buildup, cracked edges, worn seals, deep scratches, and residue that made proper sanitation impossible.
