No answers the phone at this salon. Ever.
How do you make sales not answering the phone? Second place I called and the voicemail picks up. I won’t leave a message or call them back. Crazy 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Been going here since I moved to Nashville, the girls are all so friendly and they always do a great job. Thankful for this space!! The owners are absolutely incredible and my stylist Brooke is the best extension specialist i’ve been to.
I had an appt at this salon, it was fine, made another appt. Since then I’ve tried to get in touch with them to cancel this appointment every which way and no answer, no response. I had forgotten what app I should be checking so that I can cancel the appt myself so I called every day, left a few voicemails, found and messaged my stylist on Instagram. I came here as a walk-in and I appreciated that they took my last minute request for a bang trim. The stylist was very sweet and did a great cut.
