I love coming here, the environment is so welcoming and all the stylists are so nice!! They really listen to what you want done. I always leave with amazing hair and its so healthy!! Shaylon is the best!!
The salon had excellent service. Kayla was wonderful. They accommodated my special request of not having any males around while I get a cut as I wear a hijab. I really appreciated that all the staff was cooperative, esp the male coworker who stayed behind a curtain while I got my cut! Thank you, really appreciate it :)
Luiz is a miracle worker!!!! He transformed my hair from flat, dry and boring to soft , flowing and gorgeous.
Shalyn (the owner) handled my difficult gray hair EXACTLY as I asked. She painted face framing blonde pieces that look really natural. She is more than just a talented colorist; she is an artist! Shalyn always goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are happy, while treating her staff with much kindness. I really can’t say enough about how much I love her!
Adding as a response to comment below. I did not “threaten” to leave a review I said I didn’t want to since it was a small business, but after sitting with it for two weeks and still being upset, i decided I wouldn’t want someone with long hair to have the experience I had, as I clearly stated below. I clearly stated in my original review the owner tried to do what was right, but there’s not much you can do at that point, and I did not have trust in the salon to go back.
