Would rate 0 stars if I could. April did my extensions and did an amazing job the first two times, but as of recently my extensions have been ripping out my hair causing extreme hair loss and pain. These images shown are what my hair looks like 8 days after spending $600 on a move up and tone. Front desk staff was very unprofessional. Stylist was out sick - I did not get the text message the receptionist supposedly sent. Instead of offering solutions she just want to argue that she sent it. Fine but I did not receive it - so I wanted to know what we could do now. There was no solution offered other than to argue she sent it. That doesn't even matter at this point. I won't be back. I will be looking for a new salon.
Rachel and Bianca both took care of my hair that needed slight fixing from a different stylist and were very sweet and attentive in doing so. Great front desk, sweet and caring owner, great atmosphere in general! It was my first time here and I will definitely be back because of them. Thank you ladies. 🩷
