Front desk staff was very unprofessional. Stylist was out sick - I did not get the text message the receptionist supposedly sent. Instead of offering solutions she just want to argue that she sent it. Fine but I did not receive it - so I wanted to know what we could do now. There was no solution offered other than to argue she sent it. That doesn't even matter at this point. I won't be back. I will be looking for a new salon.
Rachel and Bianca both took care of my hair that needed slight fixing from a different stylist and were very sweet and attentive in doing so. Great front desk, sweet and caring owner, great atmosphere in general! It was my first time here and I will definitely be back because of them. Thank you ladies. 🩷

I went to see April today on November 26 (the day before Thanksgiving) after she got a last minute opening. This was my first time at this salon and also my first time getting anything more than simple highlights, so I’ll be honest…I was definitely a complicated client.
