I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. The color came out brassy and orange, far from the toned look I requested, and my hair was left severely overprocessed and damaged from the bleach. The appointment took over 4 hours, during which the stylist, Isabel, repeatedly left to attend to other clients before finishing my service.
