Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I got my haircut yesterday and it’s noticeably uneven and poorly done. I reached out to the salon multiple times over the last two days and was sent to voicemail at least five times with no call back. They eventually offered to make it right — but with the same stylist who gave me the bad cut. To be honest, I’m genuinely scared to let her touch my hair again.
