Wanted money pieces in the front that is blended into the roots.. my stylist Hannah, the more expensive stylist because she had more experience. My hair turned out yellow and orange at the roots where it was supposed be blended. She didnt leave the bleach on long enough so at least my hair isn't damaged. I did go there later in the day so maybe thats why she slapped the bleach on my head without blending it. My experience was absolutely wonderful. Wally was very professional and incredibly kind. She was communicative every step of the way, asking meaningful questions while she worked to get just the right result I needed! The outcome was even better than I pictured walking in; and I can’t wait to come back and have her completely transform my head with color!! Ya girl will be back over and over 😊 I found my favorite spot 🫶✨
Brice did an amazing job with my keratin treatment! She listened, evaluated my hair and took her time to give me the best keratin treatment and experience. After she evaluated my hair, she told me the cost of the treatment due to the length and thickness of my hair and made sure I was comfortable with the price before she started. Extremely knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service and professional expertise along with friendly demeanor. For a first time visit, the salon and staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I would highly recommend Wally, and I loved my haircut.
