Got a balayage here and am so disappointed. First of all my hair looks nothing like my Inspo pics, tried telling them that and they said to come back to fix it. I still didn’t get what I wanted and when I tried saying that I was pretty much gaslit into “it will look different in different lighting” , “the toner will fade” etc. I’m not one to leave mean reviews but I’m just so annoyed after paying 500$. I had a color consultant and they cut a piece of my hair to inform me how long does it take to make my hair brighter but they didn't call me. To me they are not professional at all in their job and they are not responsible enough to their customers.
Keera was outstanding. Is outstanding. A genuine rare decent human being that are hard to find these days. I could talk to her for hours which made the time taken to cut my long hair fly by. I'm sure anyone in her life feels lucky to be part of her life. Combine that wonderful inner beauty with the talent to do a great job. She will do well in life.
Great Service By Madison. Madison was a great listener to what I like about my hair and how I'd like to improve my look. She did exactly as I asked and was knowledgeable to cut my hair dry because of how it drys wavy. She knew cutting it wet would be too risky ! I left the salon feeling pampered and pretty 😍 ✨️
I just had a highlight appointment with Madison and she was fantastic! When I stepped into the salon, Madison was finishing with another client and someone offered me a lovely coffee. When I sat in Madison's chair, she was friendly and welcoming and the colour she advised and helped me achieve was beyond what I was expecting. I'd highly recommend Madison at Salon Glam to anyone looking for a high-quality hair salon in Burnaby
