I've been to a few salons in the Bedford area and I've finally found the best. I had to get an updo done for a friend's wedding and didn't have a good experience at another Bedford salon. I called the receptionist who was very warm and she booked me with Yesenia. When I went in, the salon was so open and had a welcoming feeling. The receptionist and then Yesenia greeted me. They messed up my color quite badly and the cut left a lot to be desired. I had to go to another salon to get it sorted out. I would not recommend this salon.
The best decision I ever made! I LOVE Salon Giovanni...Heidi is the best stylist! I had my hair cut and colored over 3 weeks ago and I am still getting complements on it...daily! I have never had that happen before...I highly recommend her to women of all ages...I am a young new teacher and teachers of all ages love it and want to know who did it!!
The best place for hair. Heidi is great at color and cut-- for a professional, executive look. I'm good at what I do, I outsource everything else. I can "outsource" my executive look to Heidi without any concerns. She gets it-- I want elegant, sophisticated, business-like and young-but not too young.
