Today I got to experience a very relaxing head spa at Salon Gautier. I highly suggest if you’re looking for something to treat yourself and have a relaxing day I would definitely go here. This place was stellar. The most incredible experience from the moment I called, the team was so warm and helpful – they genuinely care about you. I went in for a scalp analysis because my hair has been super oily and flaky lately, and what they did for me was absolutely amazing. Cece took care of me and she is an angel. She gave me the most thorough scalp treatment and scrub, followed by a double shampoo and mask. Headspa for 2 done as a Mother’s Day treat for me and my mom. Very disappointed. Less than 30 minutes of the hour service were spent actually washing or playing with our hair. Maybe 10 minutes were actually enjoyable kinda spent the rest of the time wanting it to be over. A lot of time wasted just letting water run over our hair or waiting for the next step. Felt like the girls were rummaging through cabinets to find something when time should’ve been spent performing our service. The hair vacuum was nice.
Let me start out by saying this place is very cute and has the potential to be excellent. The treatment itself did what it was supposed to, my scalp feels super clean and my hair feels nice and soft. The scalp analysis was really cool as well and seeing the difference in the before and after.
