I received a gift card for the head spa treatment and I wasn’t disappointed. Bethany was very calming, respectful and did an amazing job. Outside of relaxing, I have never felt my hair be so soft. Highly recommend.
This place was stellar. The most incredible experience from the moment I called, the team was so warm and helpful – they genuinely care about you. I went in for a scalp analysis because my hair has been super oily and flaky lately, and what they did for me was absolutely amazing. Cece took care of me and she is an angel. She gave me the most thorough scalp treatment and scrub, followed by a double shampoo and mask. Today I got to experience a very relaxing head spa at Salon Gautier. I highly suggest if you’re looking for something to treat yourself and have a relaxing day I would definitely go here. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting and they make you feel like family. I agree with some other reviewers that the head spa treament missed the mark, and felt overpriced. As others have commented, there was a lot of “down time” during the treatment, the massage element wasn’t very long and I only had my shoulders massaged, not my neck which was disappointing. The steam treatment at the end could have included massage at the same time to help with pacing and feel more pampered.
