I had the most relaxing experience at Salon Gautier & Head Spa in New Albany. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. Tina was incredibly kind and professional, and the head spa treatment was pure bliss — so much so that I actually fell asleep during it! My scalp felt refreshed, my hair looked and felt healthier, and I left feeling completely recharged. If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind and be pampered, this is it. I can’t recommend it enough!

The owner of this salon is on top of her game with her science-backed approach and treatment options designed to promote hair and scalp health. She really cares about her clients and goes out of her way to accommodate her client's needs - even allowing early arrivals to come into her shop before her official business hours are set to begin so they don't have to wait in their car. This is a courtesy not often extended by other salons. I have had various head spa packages and LOVE them all! Great service and great people!

I had a great experience at Salon Gautier! I went in for a head spa, and it was incredibly relaxing. Tina, the owner, was super friendly. Bethany, my technician, did an amazing job- she was welcoming and professional. I left feeling refreshed, and my hair was shiny and healthy. The website also has a detailed list of head spa services, which made it easy to know what to expect. Highly recommend if you're looking to treat yourself!

I have now had the pleasure of two head spa treatments and both were absolutely amazing! They took before and after images of my scalp and it was insane how much better the after pictures looked. Outside of the benefits in the scalp the experience is extremely relaxing and left my hair feeling silky and shining! Highly recommend!

I’ve gone for headspa appointments and hair cut appointment. The friendliness and care shown at salon Gautier is unbeatable! I have social anxiety and to say I felt comfortable here is like a gold star on its own! I would recommend! The staff have a welcoming demeanor and they have some cool gadgets for scalp analysis and scalp massage. Tina is great! I wasn’t sure what I wanted but she hung in there with me and we figured it out together. She took my unruly mass of hair & gave it shape, movement and life!
