High Maintenance, Great paying customer! This company will never have!!!! On Thursday the 26 of July 2012, I made an appointment with Julie (supposedly a professional hair dresser) at this facility for Tuesday the 31, 2012 at 5:00. In our conversation I asked her for a consultation before I got my perm to know if my hair was in good enough condition not to burn and handle a perm. On the condition of my hair. She informed me I would NEVER have a good perm because I would never be happy with any of them?..mind you this person JULIE has never met me, only apparently LIED to me on two separate occasions. The first when setting my appointment and the second when she called to cancel!!
