Everyone was so respectful, and went out of their way to accommodate me. Carly was so sweet and sincere with her service. She asked very thoughtful and thorough questions, and paid attention to every little detail to make sure I was 100% happy with the result. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my religious beliefs (men can’t see my hair), and were very respectful and welcoming. I felt so pampered and cared for during my service. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I am thrilled to have found this quaint, happily situated, plenty of free parking, peaceful salon. The feeling inside is so chill from the decor to the personalities of all. No drama! No loud music! Best part is the quality of the service from appointment bookings to the actual service. I see Sarah on Tuesdays and she’s a master at her trade. Prices are reasonable. I have MY salon!

Left the salon looking just how I wanted :) Heather knew just what I was talking about when I explained how I wanted my hair to look (more layers and movement, curved so it’s longer in the back/shorter in the front, just long enough so the shortest layers can still get tied back) and was very gentle with my hair in any spots that got tangled after the wash. Also, I loved the complimentary drink

Horrible customer service. They will let a stylist stain your not cheap bag and then blame you for it. Yes i seen it while i was there, i wiped it off pretty quick thinking i caught it in time, and when i got home, it was 100% noticeable. The salon will not do anything to help. Basically blaming me for a messy stylist. And yes my bag was on the bag hook. And no..the tide pen didn’t work either guys.

If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I would! If anyone needs to get their hair done, HIGHLY recommend Jameel(J) He did so well listening to what I wanted. Told him I wanted something subtle, not flashy. He actually listened and didn't do the opposite. He was extremely gentle, brought up conversation, and wasn't boring! 10/10, don't walk...RUN!
