I purchased 7 salon chairs in December of 2025, by January 2026 one month later all the gold started to come off, one of the back seats had rips in it. I sent a message to the owner Vinny he said he would order another cushion and would talk to his supplier about exchanging the chairs. He then decided to just avoid my calls and messages until I called with a different area code, he said yes I will send you pictures of a chair that he would switch them out for which was also gold. We purchased a medical bed from Vinny, and unfortunately, it stopped working after approximately 1 year and 2 months. When we reached out for assistance, it was difficult to get a response. Once we were able to connect with Vinny, we were provided with two replacement remotes. Unfortunately, one was not compatible with our bed, and the other did not work.
