Recently did an update to our salon, ordered 2 shampoo stations a chair and two stools. Drove to the showroom from Ottawa and had all the product shipped to us. Product arrives but discovered the 2 stools were shipped in the wrong color. Contacted Vinny, he said he would make it right, began the return process, product was picked up from us and returned.
