I drove 20 minutes to the salon to purchase some products and they told me they were behind on clients and that I had to wait 1.5 hours to check out. So I put my $100 of product back on the shelf and left. Amazon will get my money instead of the local salon.
Deserves more than 5 stars. Best experience in a hair salon of my entire life. Michelle is just exceptional. Took the time to discuss my hair goals, was patient in answering my frequent questions, was extremely sweet and personable, and to top it all off may be the first stylist to take time to educate me on how to best take care of my natural hair texture not with just the hows but the whys behind it. No doubt in my mind I will be returning for all my future hair needs.
All the ladies that were there were awesome ! I had Olivia and she was great, very professional and personable as well. I got a perm, a haircut and my mustache trimmed. The owner was really cool too! We all had great convos and they made my day. Def recommend!
The hair appointment was for my daughter. We showed up 5 minutes early. There was no one working reception so it took awhile for someone to acknowledge us. She said she was almost done and would be with us soon. After 30 minutes of waiting, we decided to leave. I'd rather my money go to a business who treats their customers better. Would have gone a long way to just check on us during those 30 minutes so we didn't feel completed ignored. And then the audacity to send me a cancellation text after I left.
