Customer service on Friday 12:00 was appalling!! The girl at the front desk could not help me. I wanted gift certificates and she told me to come back on Tuesday!! She was very rude!! I’ve purchased gift certificates before and wanted to send 2 new customers your way!! Never again!! 0 customer service!!
Absolutely disappointed!! She did NOT show up for an appt I made over a month ago and confirmed the day before, this appt was for an updo because I was a maid of honor in a wedding. So thank you for hiring such irresponsible employees
I've been seeing Linda at Salon Forte for my hair for many years now, & she's always been excellent at getting my haircut exactly down pat the way I like it, with consistency each time I visit. I love her warm, friendly nature, & the comfortable atmosphere she creates at her salon. If you're new to the area, or just looking for a new place to lower your ears, Linda & Salon Forte are a definite recommendation!
My son has thick, thick curly hair. Olivia was super friendly and did a fantastic job... 10/10 will definitely return. The facilities are clean and inviting with a relaxed chic look.
I wish I could give more than five stars. Alejandra did such an amazing job with my hair. She took her time, listened and explained what she was doing. My hair looks and feels amazing!! Thank you!!
