Very pleasant atmosphere.Been coming to this Salon for 11 years.Love my Color service always on point and Healthy they take very good care of my hair.
Hello, I am making now another complaint about this Salon. The owner Monica disrespectfully called my phone to yell at me about my previous review. Very unprofessional and again I would not recommend. She said she would try to fix it but I do not want my hair done by this shop and I wanted a refund that I knew I would not get.
Ok let me start by saying this was my first time. After the lady was done my hair it was so oily. It looked like nothing in the pictures that I saw that made me come here. Since it looked so oily I thought I needed a cut because it was uneven and you could see through my hair and the scalp. My hair is very thick so I was so confused but it was because she put oil in my hair. When she was done cutting my hair I kid you not it was so short that you can’t even grip it up to braid.
