Christa did not only give me the worst haircut of my life but actually chopped off my hair about 8 inches shorter than what I had asked for, so this will take me up to a year to recover from this. I came in with a shoulder length bob and showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted and showed it to her repeatedly. She got the whole cut entirely wrong and chopped my hair short all the way up the back of my head when the cut I wanted had the same length in the back, resting at the bottom of the neck. I recently had my hair and spa appointment and had an excellent experience with both Christa and Emily. I had my spring "brightening" update appointment with Christa and I could not be more pleased. I have gotten numerous compliments on my hair so thank you Christa! I have been pleased with the Cryotoning and plant peel sẻvices that Emily has been giving me and have received many compliments on my skin too. She did henna brows this time and I will be continuing thât service. Great job Ladies!
