I went to Shelby for full highlights. She did an amazing job. I'm super happy with how it turned out. Shelby is very detailed, and she's also very easy to talk to. I'll definitely be back!
I had a very disappointing experience with Alicia. I went in excited for a change, and at first I thought everything was going well, but things quickly went downhill. My appointments took around 8 hours, yet my hair wasn't even styled afterward. After my first highlight session, my hair looked rough and unfinished. During my second appointment, Alicia colored my roots, but somehow the entire back of my head was missed.
