I should have trusted my gut and left at the not so friendly introduction right when I told her what I wanted done and she said she wouldn’t do what I was asking for (lighten my already blonde ends) she then only lightened my like bangs. I told her very specifically I wanted a light bubblegum pink color and that I know your hair must be very light blonde to get that shade of pink and I really hate that fuchsia/dark pink color and I do not want that color at all. I had an excellent experience from scheduling to check out and I loved my color and blow out with Jennie. If you are a red head, this is where you will find your people. I wish this was my home salon!
