I was referred to this lovely salon for a keratin for my thick, frizzy, unmanageable hair. It took the stylist a long time but she carefully and purposefully hit every strand of hair on my head. The product they used were fabulous and the results are amazing. I can finally manage it at home. Perhaps not as beautiful as it looks when I leave a salon for a professional blow out- but much easier to manage-NO FRIZZ. Thank you Kim and your amazing team of stylists. I recently got highlights done here and I was very disappointed with my end result and overall service. I showed the stylist an inspiration picture, but the highlights I received were nothing like the picture. They were very blotchy, streaky, and the toner was not well distributed. As a result, I had many different colors in my hair ranging from blonde to dark brown.
