I’d like to start by expressing my appreciation to the salon for accommodating me even though I arrived late due to unforeseen circumstances. Melanie had been my stylist in the last 5 years since 2020 in Burlingame, and now in Salon Essence in Belmont. She takes time to listen to what I want, and never fails to execute my requested style. I would just have to let her know the basics and she takes it on accurately! Melanie’s haircuts lets my hair grow out beautifully without losing its shape. This is a review of the customer service not of the cut/color abilities of the stylists. I made a reservation using the online booking site this past Friday.
