This was the worst hair salon experience I have ever had. I would not recommend Brittany if you are booking a haircut. At the start of my appointment, I was very clear that I wanted the absolute minimum trimmed, just enough to remove any possible split ends. Brittany verbally confirmed no more than half an inch of length would be cut off. I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Rachael at Salon Envy, and I couldn’t be more obsessed! My stylist has always been Rachel and she is AWESOME!!! She always squeezes me in, gives the best hair and non-hair advice lol, and overall is a great person. The prices are very reasonable when you think about it and great compared to other salons. Rachel always leaves me feeling so pretty every time I go in. I highly recommend blowouts, treatments, and even foiling your hair. I never have had a doubt about her, she is always so helpful and really understands what you want for your hair.
