I went here once and had a good experience with Christina, however she no longer works there. I booked a touch up appointment with Gigi. As I pull into the parking lot for my 10am appointment, I get a call that Gigi won’t be in until 11am and she has another client at 11am. They suggest I either book another day or come back at 12 but a different stylist. I went back at 12 and had the worst hair color of my life. After a decade of business here, having my hair consistently being maintained the same color, I’m sad to say that they have lost my business and I won’t be returning again. I have had white hair since 2016 – the salon originally brought my hair to the white color from my natural blonde, and has maintained that white color nonstop ever since. I never write reviews but this salon truly is not worth your money. When I arrived today and sat through over an hour and a half, my hair had gone from light blonde to medium brown despite asking for a warm honey blonde shade. After asking about the shade difference, they offered to redo it. After a second time with toner, my scalp was very sore and the stylist was very rough with the brush, my hair is usually very thick but when I ran my hands through my hair it felt unusually thin.
