Chill vibe. No wait. Very responsive by email and answer phones quickly. Easy to get an appointment. Definitely recommend Torao Kubo, he has a very calming demeanor. I had cut my own hair beforehand and thought they'd have to cut it really short to fix it but they actually left it plenty long.
