This is the BEST place ever!! Mindy is amazing and so knowledgeable. Also all the stylists there are great and provide quality service. The salon is organized and spacious and they sell top of the line hair products. Humaira shampooed my hair and made my scalp feel so relaxed. I would recommend this salon to everyone !
If there were a rating lower than one star, I would give it. I've been a customer of this salon for over eight years, and I often wait 15 to 20 minutes in the reception area. I used to think it was okay because my kids are used to it and it's so close to my house. However, today was by far the worst experience I've had. I had an appointment at 5 pm with Gigi, and the salon closes at 6 pm. I was 12 minutes late; I arrived right at 5:12 but found the salon already closed with no staff in sight. I had a wonderful experience! Gigi helped me and was so kind and pleasant to work with! I wasn't sure id be able to get my hair bleached the way I wanted before I left for my trip but I had a consultation the day after I called and my appointment the next morning!!! I was also done and out really close to the time she said! We did a strand test beforehand and she made adjustments and explained what she was doing so my hair would be healthy!! Humaira is the BEST, she saved me from a bad hair cut i got somewhere else. She was sweet and gave me the confidence that she could fix my hair and SHE DID!!!!! For sure I will be returning with her. 💯% recommend her.
This salon always double books. I drove from out of town to get my hair done just to be told my appointment wasn’t actually made and there was already another client there. My stylist told me she could do a “quick express service” of doing a shadow root and I settled for it because I made the effort of going. I WISH I NEVER DID! She overlaps my hair with bleach and caused severe damage at the front after I had years of getting my hair bleached by my main stylist. Do not recommend this salon
