Highly recommend ELIZABETH @ at Salon Elle. First a word about Salon Elle. It was established by a group of stylists who formerly worked together. Each stylist is an independent contractor (and from what I observed -- you can't go wrong with any of them). The Salon is small and charming with a relaxed atmosphere.
