I love Salon Eleven. Devon gives me a great haircut every time. I love the downtown location and never have any difficulty in parking. The salon is attractive and comfortable. And all of the staff are good to spend time with.
I got a lob/bob at another salon and really didn't like the way the cut looked. I didn't want to go back to the person who cut it, so I read some reviews and wound up calling Salon Eleven. The person who I spoke to on the phone was so nice - she listened to my concerns, talked to a stylist and called me back, and they wound up squeezing me in for a "micro trim" the next day to fix the uneven part of the cut. I truly had the dream team for my bridal party hair and makeup. Shanelle and Jill handled hair, and Julia and Devan did makeup each of them incredibly talented and genuinely kind. Devan also cut and colored my hair prior to the wedding and absolutely crushed it!
