First time coming and services were amazing and quick! I loved my brows(Waxed & tinted). I didn't get the lady's name but she was great as well, very kind and answered all my questions, paid attention to detail while tinting. Found my go to place for my brows now
I asked for a simple trim and I was horrified when she reached for the clippers. Left my hair so uneven and choppy. Had to go get it fixed at Genesis Hair salon on 26th.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this salon- specifically with the Owner, Martha. I made an appointment well in advance, arrived on time, and waited... only to find out my stylist never showed up. I waited for over 30 minutes with no communication or explanation. When I finally reached out to ask what happened, the staff was unhelpful and gave no clear answers but I did learn that Martha is notorious for not showing up to her appointments.
