I had provided a 5 star review 2 years ago when I first started attending this salon regularly however my review has since disappeared so i thought I would write a new one. It is a convieient location with lots of parking options. They always do a fantastic job on color and hair cuts, use high quality products and it is easy to book an appointment
Over charged big time for what was done. Took a bit over 3 hrs as others were being served and I had to wait a few times. Once over the time of highlights by 10-15 which I believed made them too light and yellow so had to dye my whole head darker so everything would blend in. Had me waiting in the sink also. Then out in the front area with wet hair with alot of cold air. Colour was alright actually thought it was decent when I left but definitely not worth all that time and money. Kelly is amazing at what she does and is very kind and caring. I had gone to a different salon in September and didn’t have a great experience and went looking for a different salon. I booked a consultation with Kelly and she was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me advice on which option would be best for me. I had my hair appointment earlier this week and she did an amazing job. She was able to fix all of the color issues from the previous salon and fixed the cut as well.
