Don't use their booking service online that is directly on their website as it doesn't actually book. My daughter just arrived for her appointment for an updo as it is her prom today and they said they didn't have a booking, they don't have an online booking service and it's a scam. Only info that was requested to book was phone # and email for confirmation. If payment was required or a credit card # for a hold then I would have suspected a scam. Great stylists!
I had provided a 5 star review 2 years ago when I first started attending this salon regularly however my review has since disappeared so i thought I would write a new one. It is a convieient location with lots of parking options. They always do a fantastic job on color and hair cuts, use high quality products and it is easy to book an appointment
Over charged big time for what was done. Took a bit over 3 hrs as others were being served and I had to wait a few times. Once over the time of highlights by 10-15 which I believed made them too light and yellow so had to dye my whole head darker so everything would blend in. Had me waiting in the sink also. Then out in the front area with wet hair with alot of cold air. Colour was alright actually thought it was decent when I left but definitely not worth all that time and money.
