BEWARE: The price for the service I selected (sew-in) increased by $75 once I booked the service online with Heidi. I called the shop immediately to cancel the appointment. I spoke with Tia who says she was the Salon owner who advised that since the appointment had not yet been confirmed that it was no problem to cancel the appointment. I feel bad putting this review as it affects the owners who deserve better especially , Tia,who stepped in and resolved the situation with her stylist promptly and professionally. As for her stylist Andrea, she deserves zero (0) stars. Looking at the braid-down in my photos, it is painfully obvious that Andrea does not take pride in her work and has no regard for her clients. WOOOW WOOOW WOOOW!!!. PORTEA “TIA” is EXACTLY who she thinks she is. This was my first visit and it was nothing short of amazing. Tia was patient with me and answered any questions I had about the service I was getting. Down to the products that she was going to use on my hair. She also talked to me about after care as well.
