I don’t believe in telling professionals how to do their jobs, but I knew I would not return once my hair was cut while it was wet. I have naturally curly Afro textured hair, not straight hair, and proper trimming for my hair type should be done when the hair is straightened to ensure accuracy and evenness. the service is terrible and overpriced I went there for my first silk press only to leave with heat damage when I returned to her I stated that I got heat damage from the silk press. She then asked who did it to which I replied, you did it without even an apology, she stated that the bond is broken and the hair would not revert. On this visit, I went in for a wash, trim and my hair braided into two cornrows with my own extensions and was charged over $250 that was definitely the last day she saw me.

Claudette is very professional and friendly. She really knows her stuff! I especially love the job she did when colouring my hair. It came out looking so natural and without any damage. I've never had that happen anywhere else. Whatever the hair process, I find she does a great job every time.
