Claudette did an amazing job on my daughter's hair for her graduation. She did a silk press and even with the rain. Absolutely great. Lasted a few weeks. We will definitely book another appt.

Claudette is amazing! She gave me the exact cut I was hoping for at a very reasonable price, and was really informative and helpful when it came to explaining how to care for my hair and work with my hair type. She is also a very kind and genuine person - I can’t recommend her enough!

I had such an amazing experience with Claudette . She has been taking care of my hair for a long time, from relaxing it to now supporting me in my natural hair journey. Recently, I decided to do a big chop, and she made the whole experience so comfortable, emotional, and empowering. What I appreciated the most was how kind and patient she was throughout the process. I don’t believe in telling professionals how to do their jobs, but I knew I would not return once my hair was cut while it was wet. I have naturally curly Afro textured hair, not straight hair, and proper trimming for my hair type should be done when the hair is straightened to ensure accuracy and evenness. I traveled from Buffalo, New York, over an hour for this appointment, which made the outcome even more disappointing. The service did not reflect the price point. the service is terrible and overpriced I went there for my first silk press only to leave with heat damage when I returned to her I stated that I got heat damage from the silk press. She then asked who did it to which I replied, you did it without even an apology, she stated that the bond is broken and the hair would not revert. On this visit, I went in for a wash, trim and my hair braided into two cornrows with my own extensions and was charged over $250 that was definitely the last day she saw me.
