Sheena was awesome. She possesses exceptional customer service skills and professionalism. I am very happy that I found her cause I have been looking for a good hairstylist for a while now. Very good price and great service. I will recommend Sheena to anyone looking for a hairstylist in the Monroe or Indian Trail area.
Sheena had a bit of body odor but maybe that couldn't be helped. But I just don't understand why she would blow her nose and not wash her hands and then continue with my hair.
Sheena knows her locs, had her start locs for 3 of us. One of my daughters and I got interlocs and my other daughter got traditional palm rolls. The parts were straight the size was perfect and she cares about healthy scalp and hair. Gets us in and out for our retwists. Scheduling is a bear so make sure you get on the calendar ASAP.
