I love the service at Ebony's! She does an amazing job with my hair, whether I'm going for a sew-in or keeping it short. Every time I leave her chair, I'm thrilled with the result. Ebony is skilled, professional, and always delivers exactly what I ask for. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic hairstylist!

I’ve been a client of Izzy over the years because his work is truly amazing. He knows how to silk press hair beautifully, and his personality and conversation have always been a plus. Unfortunately, today was the final straw. Offering a 7:00 a.m. appointment and then canceling it at 6:55 a.m. via automated text, while I was already sitting in the parking lot, was unacceptable. I always receive exceptional service every time I visit this salon. The atmosphere is truly professional—clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. if you have long, thick hair, beware! wanted to get my hair dyed and cut so I booked a consultation with Izzy. this would be my first time using any hair color so I had several questions. Wish I had read the reviews before booking. Talent does not negate poor customer service. Canceling or rescheduling at the last minute, amongst other things, is unacceptable. Telling customers that you hope they find a stylist who meets their needs is disingenuous. Instead of being petty, apologize and do better. Especially being located in a region where customers have several choices.
