I visited this salon today with an appointment for 11 am. When I made the appointment with Woo I informed her I need to be done by 12:45 pm for work. I arrive at 10:50 am, I stand at the desk and finally a barber greets me and informs me Woo isn't there. Around 11:10, I ask if Woo had arrived because another woman walked in and went straight to the back and hadn't come out.
