I’ve been to this location several times and generally had good experiences here, but I’m disappointed with how my recent appointment was handled. I booked over the phone and was told my appointment was at 10 a.m. Later, I received a text saying it was at 9 a.m., which I didn’t see. I definitely would not have booked the appointment if it was at 9 am as I already had plans for 9 am, so I am very, very certain I was told 10 am when booking the appointment. This was my first time at the salon, and I had such a great experience! I booked with Brittany and she did amazing! She took the time to understand what I was looking for. The cut and color turned out so good, exactly what I was hoping for. The salon itself has a great atmosphere, clean, welcoming, and professional. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
They have really good product inventory.
