REPLY TO OWNER. While I appreciate your reply, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to fix this haircut. Even my bangs are not cut the same length. When I put my hair up one chunk of hair on my right is constantly falling out while the rest doesn’t. The layers in front are also not the same. So far I’ve had 3 separate cuts with 3 different stylists at this salon. First cut was someone level 2. Afterwards, the cuts were performed by level 5 stylists. Level 2 stylist did a much better job than both the level 5 stylist. All I wanted was tons of layers like in the pictures provided but I only got a small bang with cutting around my face and my hair is not even on both sides…. I’m frustrated! Sarah West is my colorist and stylist at the Dr. Phillips location. Great shop, good vibes and great professionals. There is also an abundance of product available for sale, which is always really helpful. It’s actually a good place to go if you wanna kick back and relax. No stress.
