I think she's a decent person, but is overly confident to the point she unfortunately destroyed my hair. She always brags about how she does "celebrity" hair and that she's always "on set." Andrea made it very clear she couldn’t take me in October because she’d be working on a “celebrity” — so I rearranged my life and booked for 10:00 AM on September 27 instead. She confirmed the appointment, gave me the address, and I planned my whole day around it. Guess what? She didn’t even show up. Another stylist had to break the news that Andrea had canceled her morning clients. No text, no call, nothing.
