Impossible to get into to even get your hair trimmed. Had reached out to stylist “Kyrah” multiple times with no response, when I FINALLY was able to get an appointment with her, she canceled and rescheduled on me. THEN when I went in for said appointment I sat in the chair for ten minutes (after my appointment time) for her to message me and cancel (for my engagement photo shoot that was hours later. Super lame.
