Got my hair done by Carlena a few months ago. Spent a total of 11 hours (2 sessions) to get my desired look. Carlena was very nice but it’s very obvious she lacks knowledge around doing hair. I attempted to reach out to the owner but no luck. Ended up spending another $300 at a salon for color correction and to tone all the brass (which is exactly what I wanted to stay away from).
