We have been here twice before and sadly, both times weren’t that great. The first was when I took my daughter to get her hair done before her senior portraits. She has very curly hair and requested a Dutch braid and a trim. The Dutch braid was pitiful and completely disappeared in her hair, and you could barely tell her hair was trimmed at all. $80 for that, which was insane to me. Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. I booked an appointment and the salon moved without alerting me of their change in location. I had directions to the original store and then had to call to ask if they had relocated. There is no customer service at the front desk. I don’t know where they get their staff from. I will not be returning—maybe they don’t want my business anyway since they don’t have time to explain where they have moved to.
