Nope! Won't be going there again. I had an appointment with someone named Brittany and when I arrived, she was not there!! No explanation was given but evidently this has happened before. From now on I'll be going to a salon that actually cares about its customers and doesn't disrespect them. (Of course they will deny that this ever happened.)
Decided to try out this salon so made an appointment with Brittany for a haircut, shampoo & style. Way tooo expensive and I didn't care for her personality. She was very pushy - "What products would you buy from me, and not Amazon?". I should've listened to the advice my friends gave me and went to a different salon. It wasn't a pleasant experience!
I saw Shelby Arp and I was referred to her by my sister. Over all getting an appointment was so easy. Not all the stylists have the ability to book online but Shelby did. Which is so awesome. I like being able to see the available appointments without having to do the awkward back and forth on the phone. The salon is clean and stylish. Shelby was right on time. While I had a simple haircut, I felt like she listened to what I wanted. Will be going back to see Shelby again.
