I’ve been going to Linh since moving to Novato about 5 years ago. She came highly recommended but the other men in the neighborhood and I can see why. Ling is fantastic; personable, sweet, fast, efficient and super responsive. She goose out of her way to make sure you’re accommodated. I’m a huge fan and would recommend her without reservation.

Very bad experience with hair styling and color. Ramona did what she wanted without listening to me and chose a mix of colors when asked to do a dark brown color. She insists to finish the job even when the client seems unhappy and asks her to stop.

It's hard to review Salon Decadence as an establishment alone, because it's more about the individual stylists. The place itself is fine...it has all the salon things you would expect in a salon and all the stylists I've observed seem to have a loyal and happy clientele. I don't think the salon gets a lot of walk-in traffic, despite its central Novato location. Probably could use a more prominent sign. Shari gave me a haircut and I love it! She checked it over multiple times to make sure everything was even and has an eye for detail. Would highly recommend her.
