Ramona just gave me an awesome blowout.
SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I called and made an appointment. I show up the day of and she has no “memory” of our conversation claims we never spoke. I should have known since she sounded drunk on the scheduling call. So I show her the 3 back and forth calls we had that show several minutes of conversation. I am 7 months pregnant and left work early relying on having an appointment. Scheduled childcare just to get a haircut for once this year. Stay away. Totally unreliable.
I’ve been going to Linh since moving to Novato about 5 years ago. She came highly recommended but the other men in the neighborhood and I can see why. Ling is fantastic; personable, sweet, fast, efficient and super responsive. She goose out of her way to make sure you’re accommodated. I’m a huge fan and would recommend her without reservation.
