Terrible experience today at Salon De Pooch. I have lost all respect for Cassidy and she has lost my business with her behavior today. Since when is it ok to raise your voice at a customer and threaten them with not grooming your dogs? Since when is it ok to lie about your customer? Since when is it ok to character defame your customer? All when you are having a bad day? For the past 7 years I took my baby to them and for about 6 1/2 years we had a GREAT groomer. Now I need you to know that my little girl has never once in her life growled at or snapped at anyone, she loves everyone unconditionally and has never acted up at ANY groomer in her 15 years of life. Our primary groomer left the store and ever since she left for the past 6 to 8 months or so they have had a revolving door of groomers coming and going. Which is NOT a good sign at all.
