Today's my 2nd visit to Raum, stylist is Leah. Her skills, attention to detail, and ability to visualize what I want with limited instructions are amazing. Also her head massage are so good that I almost fell asleep lol Thumbs up and highly recommended!

I didn’t really research this place online and just called to book a cut while I was on my way to dinner, and I was not happy with the result. If you can, I’d recommend paying a bit more to go to a more established Korean‑style salon like Nubida or Modu Hair instead. The service itself was fine, but the haircut didn’t match what I had in mind at all. Overall it felt like a convenient but underwhelming choice, especially if you care about the final look.
Walk in on a Monday morning. Been looking for a shop in the neighborhood to replace my long time cutters who closed. Although probably focused on female hairstyles, Ayoung did a fantastic job on my long overdue trim. Her attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I have found a new spot going forward.
