I tried to get an appointment and the person who answered the phone barely spoke French, he told me several times that there were no more places today and I told him several times that I wanted to know about availability in the week or next, he didn't understand at all and continued to go around in circles saying "appointment today??". I don't question his barbering skills, but having someone who speaks French correctly to make appointments would be important
