Niccy and Chuck are amazing! I always get some many compliments on my hair. Plus my hair stays healthy while it is colored.
My experience here is always positive. I like the communication between myself and Niccy, my Stylist. I feel heard and understood. She takes care of my hair, scalp, and head. Very detail oriented and meticulous. She is flexible and willing to work with the picture in my head. I like that that we collaborate to achieve my hair goals. My hair is awesome, the color is wicked cool! The other stylists are respectful and sensitive to other clients. Since I am disabled it can be scary to be in a vulnerable state.
