I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I arrived around 5:00 PM, only to find the door locked while the hairdresser was still inside working. When she finally opened the door, she told me she had already closed—despite the salon’s Google listing clearly stating that they are open until 7:00 PM. It was a complete waste of time and very frustrating. If the hours of operation are inaccurate, they should be updated to avoid misleading customers. I won’t be returning.
I've been going to see Sylvie for years, ever since I moved to Verdun. She's been nothing but kind, helpful and attentive for every hair cut appointment I've had with her. She did an amazing job with the hair for my wedding as well and made sure I looked amazing for the big day. Locals know that there are businesses that are close to spirit of Verdun and Salon Opera is one of them.
